The apartments Sants have from 75 m2 to 115m2, very luminous with natural light in all the rooms. The apartments has a big balcony looking out onto the city ( Plaza Espaņa ).The apartments have been decorated with new contemporary design furniture.

The apartments are completely equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows) and a set of towels for each guest. There are also some basic cleaning materials available in the apartments for the guests use during their stay. The apartments have Air Conditioning and Heating.The big and independent kitchen comes with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine...including complete set of kitchen and table Complete bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartments have a washing machine with dryer utensils.The living room are fully equipped with an Interactive 21" television, Free Internet Access and HIFI-CD player.

Although there is no restaurant available onsite there are many fine dining venues a few steps from the apartments. Please note that there is free Wireless Connection.
Location:
The street Berlin is a big and Knowledge street, located in the Sants Station area, just next to Plaza Espaņa; business, commercial and tourist area of Barcelona. Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas are located 5 minutes by metro ( Plaza del Centre Metro ) just in front the apartments. The area is secure and very frequented as it is next to Sants Station and Plaza Espaņa.
Cancellation policy:
There is no upfront payment, we require valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation, however all clients pay direct to the apartment upon departure. Your credit card will be validated to secure your booking.
There is no charge if cancellations are made one (1) day prior arrival: Cancellations made on the day of arrival or no-shows will be charged one (1) night cancellation / no-show fee.
