Las Ramblas, the heart of the city, and the city beaches are just a few minutes walk away. The apartments are typical lofts in an 18th century building, totally renovated in 2004 and constantly updated. The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of Barcelona.

The apartment has been refurnished with style and quality, keeping the original spirit of the wood beams and of the old historic walls of the building.The modern decoration and the luminosity give to the flat a warm Mediterranean ambience, whilst the light coming from quiet pedestrian streets gives a unique feel to the apartment.The living space is compact and comfortable and has separate spaces for relaxing and dining. Flat and studios can accommodate up to 4 people in 1 double or twin bed and in a sofa bed. It has a complete bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen with microwave oven/grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. The apartment has all modern conveniences, including air conditioning, heating, colour TV, a DVD Player, Radio and CD Player and Broad Band Internet Connection. This apartment has use of the sunny roof terrace overlooking Santa Maria del Mar church and the Gothic quarter. In the building there is also a shared laundry facility with washing machine and dryer.

El Borne is the most fashionable quarter of Barcelona, just five minutes walking from Las Ramblas and into the Gothic district of the city. Even the Barcelona beaches are just a few minutes walking.The famous Passeig del Borne is a wonderful street filled with Gothic buildings and trendy restaurants and café terraces. This frenetic neighbourhood is plenty of tapas bar, eateries, coffee shops and fashionable stores. Museu Picasso and Museu Textil are just 100 meters away from the apartments.
Cancellation and Apartment Policies:
There is no upfront payment, we require valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation, however all clients pay directly to the apartments manager upon arrival. Your credit card will be validated to secure your booking. If your card is found to be invalid, then your booking will automatically be cancelled.
There is no charge if cancellations are made one (1) days prior to arrival: Cancellations received later then this or no-shows will be charged one (1) night cancellation / no-show fee.
VERY IMPORTANT: For check in and collection of keys, please contact the apartments manager directly on the telephone numbers we provide in your booking confirmation. Contact should be made upon arrival to Barcelona Airport or 45 minutes before intended check in.
Late check in (after 22.00 hours): 20 Euros extra cost.
