Decimononico Apartments are located in Gothic quartier, central area of great tradition in the heart of the city, 200 m. from the Picasso Museum and very near the beaches of the Barceloneta. All the apartments, of two very wide atmospheres, are completely external with 3 or 4 balconies each one. All the kitchens are equipped with a sink, refrigerator, fume extractor. They are located in the area of the dining room for further comfort when preparing meals. Decimononico apartments offer great standard and offering good value for money, you will feel at home.

The apartments, of two very wide atmospheres, are completely external with balconies. Kitchens are equipped fully equipped. They are located in the area of the dining room for further comfort when preparing meals, but you can do without of them by running a sliding wall which hiddes them completely. These apartments are completely equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows...) and a set of towels for each guest. The independent kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffe machine.. including complete set of kitchen and table utensils. The Apartments have a wash and drier machine.

Facilities:
Although there is no restaurant available onsite there are many fine dining venues a few steps from the apartments. The building is equiped with elevator to all floors and wide access lobbies to each apartment.

Apartmetns Decimononico are located right in Ciutat Vella, Gothic quarter, central area of great tradition in the heart of the city of Barcelona, 200 m. from the Picasso Museum and very near the beaches of the Barceloneta (old fishing neighborhood remodeled in itīs entirety for the Olympic Games of Barcelona 1992). Opposite the apartments you will find Francia train station and at walking distance the well known Las Ramblas, in the cultural, commercial and tourist area of Barcelona. In its surroundings we find the Grand Liceu Theatre, MACBA museum, Barcelonas Cathedral, Plaza Real and Plaza Catalunya. The beaches and harbour are a 15 minute walk away.
Cancellation and Apartment Policies:
There is no upfront payment, we require valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation, however all clients pay directly to the apartments manager upon arrival. Your credit card will be validated to secure your booking. If your card is found to be invalid, then your booking will automatically be cancelled.
There is no charge if cancellations are made two (2) days prior to arrival: Cancellations received later then this or no-shows will be charged one (1) night cancellation / no-show fee.
VERY IMPORTANT: For check in and collection of keys, please contact the apartments manager directly on the telephone numbers we provide in your booking confirmation. Contact should be made upon arrival to Barcelona Airport or 45 minutes before intended check in.
Late check in (after 22.00 hours): 20 Euros extra cost.
