Also the apartments offer a wide range of facilities like bike rentals, mobile phone rental (5 euros day), special food packs at a cost of 30 euros(to find your apartment equipped with basics), romantic packs (with Cava, strawberrys, etc.)
Location:
If it’s a luxury address you wish for then you could not do much better than this, situated on the prestigious Passieg de Gracia which is part of the Gaudi triangle. This has the significance that you are in the heart of the majority of Gaudi buildings with The Pedrera just two blocks away renowned for its famous alien like roof top statues. Then further down the street you have the Casa Batllo, which the locals call the house of bones due its organic likeness to the human skeleton. In around 20 minutes will take you to the incredible, grandiose Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s unfinished cathedral and one of the most famous symbols of Barcelona adopted after the successful Olympic Games. Ramblas and Gothic area are just at 10 minutes walk. The apartments are very well connected by bus (just opposite) and metro (green and yelow line), Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal stops.This frenetic neighbourhood is plenty of tapas bars and restaurants.
Cancellation and Apartment Policies:
There is no upfront payment, we require valid credit card details to guarantee the reservation, however all clients pay direct to the apartment upon arrival. Your credit card will be validated to secure your booking. If your card is found to be invalid, then your booking will automaticlly be cancelled.
There is no charge if cancellations are made two (2) days prior to arrival: Cancellations received later then this or no-shows will be charged one (1) night cancellation / no-show fee.
VERY IMPORTANT: For check in and collection of keys, please contact the apartments manager directly on the telephone numbers we provide in your booking confirmation. Contact should be made upon arrival to Barcelona Airport or 45 minutes before intended check in.
Late check in (after 22.00 hours): 20 Euros extra cost.
